Peanut Butter Playdough

Unlike other peanut butter play dough recipes I've heard of, this one requires marshmallow cream. And really, who can turn down marshmallows?

Recipe:
Equal parts creamy peanut butter and marshmallow cream

Suggested activities:

I did this with my 18 month daughter who loves to help in the kitchen. She got to explore the creamy, oily texture of the peanut butter and then the gooey, sticky feel of the marshmallow cream as she scraped them out of the measuring cup. After stirring them together the texture was a fun cross between the two.
We then spent quite a bit of time with the dough. Mostly she squeezed it between her fingers and stole the little animals and shapes I managed to create. Raisins, pretzels and other snack items made for great accessories.
Its yummy, but if you like to sculpt masterpieces, this is not for you.

Storage:
Like both peanut butter and marshmallow cream, this creation gets stored in an airtight container (plastic baggy) at room temperature. After a few weeks we finally tossed it, but not because it spoiled. By that time we had played and munched it to oblivion.
